Returns Policy

Because each item is made from your artwork, returns depend on whether production has started and whether the item matches the approved proof. Before production You can request a change or cancel while the order is still waiting for proof approval. Once you approve the proof, materials are printed and cut for that design. Factory defects If the received item does not match the approved proof, or arrives broken or misprinted, email photos to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint or refund the affected pieces. Approved custom goods A change of mind, a new artwork preference, or a color difference that still matches the approved proof is not eligible for a return.
