Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Clear Acrylic Keychain
This is the reference product for the line. Cast sheet, not recycled extruded sheet, so the edge stays clear instead of yellow-gray. Art is trapped between layers or printed on the back under white ink, and a keyring will not scrape it off. Standard thickness is 3.5 mm; busy openwork can move to 4 or 5 mm. Order from 1 piece, about 4 business days after proof approval. Send 300 dpi color, a separate cut path, and a white-ink layer. Use a 3–4 mm hole at least 2 mm inside the outline. Both faces still wear the mask when they ship.
