Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is just 1 piece per design for all standard acrylic products (clear keychains, holographic charms, standees, and glitter epoxy). Wholesale volume discount tiers automatically activate at 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1,000+ pieces, saving up to 84% off single-piece prices.
Q:Can I combine multiple artwork designs to reach higher wholesale discount tiers?
Each distinct artwork design requires its own printing setup, laser contour calibration, and digital proofing. However, our tiered pricing gives generous discounts directly per model, and bulk wholesale inquiries of 10+ designs can receive cumulative custom bundle discounts through our bulk inquiry page.
Prepress & Proofing
Q:How does 24-hour prepress proofing work, and can I request revisions?
After payment, our prepress engineering team inspects your resolution, cutlines, bleed, and white ink layer. Within 24 hours, an interactive digital proof mockup is posted to your Order Tracking page. You can approve it immediately or request free revisions (e.g. moving the clasp hole, widening outer margins) before UV printing begins.
Q:What are your laser cutting tolerances and hole specifications?
We use optical vision CNC laser cutters with a precision tolerance of ±0.15mm. Standard attachment holes are 2.5mm in diameter positioned at the top center with at least 2.5mm acrylic margin from the artwork to prevent cracking. Custom hole sizes (3.0mm, 4.0mm) can be specified in your order notes.
Artwork & Specs
Q:What file formats and color profiles are accepted?
We accept vector files (.AI, .PDF, .EPS, .SVG) and high-resolution raster files (.PSD, .PNG, .TIFF). For raster files, artwork must be 300 DPI or higher at 100% final physical size with a transparent background. We recommend CMYK (U.S. Web Coated SWOP v2 or Japan Color 2001) for the closest color fidelity.
Q:Do I need to create my own cutlines and white ink masks?
No! You can simply upload your artwork with a transparent background. Our prepress engineers will automatically generate the laser cutline and opaque white ink mask layer for you free of charge. If you have custom cutline preferences, you can include them on a separate vector layer named 'Cutline' (100% Magenta spot color).
Turnaround & Lead Times
Q:How long does production take from proof approval?
Standard production lead time is 3-5 business days for sample runs and smaller orders (under 500 pcs). Orders of 1,000 to 5,000 pieces take 5-7 business days. Complex crafts like shaker charms and liquid glitter pillows require 6-8 business days for ultrasonic hermetic sealing.
Shipping & Packaging
Q:How are products packaged, and what shipping carriers do you use?
Every acrylic charm has a protective peel-off film on both sides to prevent micro-scratches during transit, packaged in individual transparent OPP bags. We partner with DHL Express, FedEx Priority, and UPS Air for worldwide transit in 3-5 business days with full online door-to-door tracking.
