Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Soft Enamel Custom Pin
This is not a printed sheet. The metal is cast, then the wells are filled with enamel so the lines sit proud of the color. Plating defaults to silver or gold; black nickel and rose gold cost extra. The back is a butterfly clutch, with a rubber clutch as a swap. The mold sets a 10-piece minimum and about 8 business days. It will not match a 4-day acrylic slot. Send vectors and keep metal lines at least 0.6 mm or the enamel breaks. A structural change recuts the mold; a color-only change does not.
