Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Printed Acrylic Coaster
Round sizes are 9 or 10 cm, or we cut the character outline. At 4 mm it sits flatter than a keychain. Art is printed on the underside with a white flood, so the table does not show through when the glass is lifted. Four clear silicone feet are optional and keep it from sticking to glass. Edges are rounded. Minimum is 2 pieces; cafe runs over 100 can mix two designs. Keep tiny type out of the ring where the cup sits, because condensation blurs that band first. Wipe it. Do not soak it.
