Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Liquid Glitter Shaker Keychain
Three layers: 2.5 mm front and back plates plus a 3 mm cavity. Instead of oil, the chamber holds dry glitter, star sequins, and tiny acrylic bits, so air pressure in a cargo hold cannot push a liquid seal open. The outline can be a rounded square, heart, or head shape. Print both outer faces and leave the window clear. Every piece is shaken before packing to confirm the fill travels from top to bottom. Lead time is about 6 business days because of bonding and the shake check. For large runs, add an insert tray so cavities do not press white edges into each other.
