Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Linked Acrylic Charm Set
Each linked set is cut as two separate plates, printed double-sided, then assembled with a 4–8 cm stainless chain or star swivel. Use it when one clasp should carry a pair: a couple, a character and a familiar, or a logo and a chibi. White ink can stay open on windows so the holographic or clear areas still shine. Minimum order is 1 set, with a digital proof inside 24 hours and about 5 business days after approval. From 50 sets, swap the free OPP bag for a full-color backing card.
