Holographic Round Tinplate Badge
58 mm is standard, with 25, 37, and 75 mm available. Art is printed on paper, laminated with star or shattered film, then pressed into the shell. The rim is rolled, not sharp. Minimum is 5, about 3 business days, the fastest item on the line. Build a true circle with 3 mm bleed and keep important art 4 mm inside the edge or the crimp eats it. The back is a pin by default. A magnet is optional and is a poor match for a thick coat. Each badge gets its own OPP sleeve.
