Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.

Epoxy Glitter Charm
We print the acrylic core first, then pour about 1 mm of clear epoxy on the face. The glitter is fine, not chunky, so it does not cover eyes and small type. The dome rounds off the laser edge. Leveling adds about a day, so plan on 5 business days. Order from 1 piece. Very narrow cutouts are a poor match because the resin fills them; those files should stay on a plain sandwich charm. Silver glitter is the default, gold or iridescent on request.
