Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Custom Shaker Acrylic Charm
Front, spacer, and back come to about 8 mm. The loose pieces are reduced from the same art, so the colors match the outside. Four pieces is the default. Pieces that are too large jam, and pieces that are too small find a gap, so the size is set from the window. Order from 1 piece, about 6 business days including the shake test after bonding. Keep print 1.5 mm off the bond line or squeeze-out stains the face. Shakers ship in a rigid tray, not loose in a soft bag with flat charms.
