Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.

Inflatable Clear Pillow Charm
Clear PVC is high-frequency welded around air, glitter, and one small acrylic piece. No liquid, so temperature and cabin pressure are less likely to open a seam. Inflated depth is about 12 mm. Order from 1 piece, about 5 business days. Print on the PVC, on the inner charm, or both. Keep surface print 3 mm off the weld. The fill is a cushion, not a balloon. If it arrives slightly soft, altitude and temperature did that; do not add air with a needle.
