Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Acrylic Desk Nameplate
Panels are 3.5 or 5 mm, usually 15 by 6 cm or 20 by 8 cm, with a tab that fits a matching base so the sign does not rock. Print both sides: a name on one, a booth number or schedule on the other. A white underbase keeps color solid on a pale table. Order from 1 piece. Wedding runs over 50 names do not need a mold charge, because every plate is laser-cut. Send names in a spreadsheet. We approve the type on one proof, then swap the text, instead of proofing every name from scratch.
