Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Acrylic Character Bookmark
Bookmarks are cut at 2.5 mm so they stay flatter than a 3.5 mm keychain. Typical size is 120–150 mm tall and 40–50 mm wide, with a dovetail, cloud, or standing-character bottom. Print both sides, and keep the side that faces the text light so it does not show through the page. A 3 mm top hole takes a cotton tassel or a fine chain. Order from 1 piece for author extras, bookstore kits, and school gifts. Keep a 2 mm bleed and do not draw tails or fingers thinner than 2 mm, or the laser tab can snap.
